We use electronic shares to create equity in projects and companies in the emerging defense ecosystem. Access to state-of-the-art production facilities
ArsenalX plans not only to offer start-ups access to state-of-the-art production facilities, but also to actively involve them in their development. Our planned “Co-Innovation Program” will enable start-ups to incorporate their specific production requirements directly into the design of future production lines. We also intend to introduce a “Flex Manufacturing” model that will allow start-ups to book production capacity flexibly, enabling them to respond quickly to market requirements without having to make large upfront investments.
Mentoring by leading experts
Our planned mentoring program will go beyond traditional consulting. We are developing an “embedded expert” model in which experienced experts from industry and the military will be integrated directly into start-up teams for defined periods of time. This will enable an intensive transfer of knowledge and help start-ups to quickly adapt their innovations to real military requirements. In addition, we are planning to set up “Virtual Advisory Boards” to give start-ups access to a wide range of experts who can be consulted on specific challenges.
Fast track to market readiness
Our planned “Accelerated Market Entry Program” will leverage ArsenalX's future close relationships with European defense ministries and NATO structures to provide start-ups with quick access to potential customers. We intend to organize regular “Innovation Pitch Days” where start-ups can present their technologies directly to military decision makers. In addition, we are developing a fast-track procurement process to enable promising innovations to be quickly brought into pilot projects and initial deployments.
Integration into an EU network
Our planned “European Defense Innovation Network” will extend beyond the borders of Arsenal Europe. We are seeking partnerships with leading technology clusters, research institutes and industry associations across Europe. Start-ups in our future ecosystem will automatically gain access to this network, which will enable them to quickly build partnerships, recruit talent and tap into new markets. We also plan to organize regular “Cross-Border Innovation Challenges”, which will bring together start-ups from different European countries to work together on complex defence challenges.
